Less than a mile west of the main Gulf Shores Public Beach entrance and rising high above the Gulf of Mexico is Island Royale.

Thanks to the condo's proximity to numerous restaurants (seafood, burgers, steaks, spicy Cajun cuisine and more!), save time in the kitchen and go out to eat! After dinner, head up Hwy. 59 to Pirate's Island or The Track for an evening of miniature golf, thrilling amusement park rides and arcade fun. The condo was perfect for our vacation. We had four adults but there was plenty of room for everyone. The security guys were extremely nice. Very short walk to the beach each day.

This was our second time staying in this particular condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The agency was wonderful to work with. The views to the beach were breathtaking. The pool and hot tubs were a little dirty and could really use a little facelift. But still a great experience.

Beautiful view with nice small condo. Once checked in any issues I had, owner did not respond to. Still ended up with one of the TVs not working. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

The condo was very clean and spacious. It was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and everything else that we needed. The complex itself was clean, had plenty of parking and even had security on site. The pool area is small and we didn't spend time there but there were plenty of folks there and seemed to be really enjoying themselves. We will definitely check out this place again next year.

This condo has its own reserved parking space inside the building on the second floor. From a weather and safety standpoint, it’s a great amenity that isn’t called out anywhere. I accidentally found it while staying there. Overall, I have no complaints. The view is amazing. I hated to leave.

We had a wonderful week staying here! The condo has an amazing view and a super convenient beachfront location. There’s also a convenience store right across the road that’s easy to walk to, which was really helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, and the property overall felt clean, calm, and well-maintained. The security staff was very friendly as well.The only two things I’d note for future guests: the master bedroom shower drain is very slow (likely from sand), so water tends to build up and you may end up standing in ankle-deep water, especially if showering after someone else. Also, the TVs are not smart TVs, so you can’t stream directly and are limited to Dish. However, there is a USB port on the back, so bringing a Fire Stick or Roku is an easy workaround. Had an amazing 5 nights & will stay at Island Royale again!

We booked for 4 nights and we were shorted towels. I messaged Averi about it they said we booked 3 people and we are to get 1 1/2 towels per person. Not sure how to split 1/2 of a towel without getting charged extra???? I messaged back and said we did not book 3 people it was booked for 4 people....Would have been nice to have more then 1 towel and washcloth per person for our stay. We travel alot and I have stayed in many hotels and all of them have at least 1 box of kleenex. No kleenex use toilet paper. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 very small roll of paper towels in the kitchen. Use small amounts of paper products to make it last or be prepared to buy more. No extra towels or paper products stashed anywhere. Disappointed overall with that and the cleanliness of the room. Definitely needed a deep clean overall in this condo.

Make sure that your payment went through when you actually submitted the payment. I submitted mine a month ahead of time, but did not know it did not go through until two hours before check-in. That was a very stressful process to think that you were good with the confirmation number and everything, but you are not.The room was fine, but the master tub did not drain. I did contact the Host about that issue.There are some designated spots to park in the parking garage, but we didn’t know that until we just happen to walk around and see one for our room.Also, if you have a P in front of your number, you are at the top of the building. room 305 and P305 are not the same thing.
