Situated on the corner of the building, Tropic Isle #205 lets you and your group enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf from multiple vantage points. The unit was very clean and access to the beach was easy. However, there were no beach chairs, beach towels, etc. I messaged and was told to go across the street and rent chairs.

Beautifully decorated and very clean condo! It was nice that this was a low rise condo- allows you to get away from the crowds! A nice touch was that 2 beach chairs were available. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was really nice. The unit was very clean, plenty of towels and starter supplies. There was only 3 of us so, lots of room to spread out. The pool was very clean. It is a very family oriented which is wonderful. The kitchen was stocked well. We truly enjoyed our stay and will consider coming back again.

Everything was amazing except the ramp to the beach. He stepped of rhe wooden part with a load on to a peg rhat was sticking up, right side of the entrance to the blue. He has a chipped bone in his heel. Didn't report it as he thought it would go away.

When we arrived the view was amazing, house was nice, sand all in the floor and black stuff would come off the floor onto your feet. Master bedroom bed was terrible, every move you would make would wake the whole house because it was so noisy.

This was our first time to Gulf Shores and man what an experience. This property is looking directly at the ocean from the balcony and the views were stunning. I caught every sunrise while we were there with a coffee in hand. The quick walk to the beach made it easy for the family to bring what we needed with us without a far walk. The covered parking was a bonus, and the property itself is beautiful and had everything we needed for the week. It is in walking distance to a few places to eat. We didnā€™t even need our car the entire time we stayed. The only comment I have that dings the stay just a bit is the mattresses. As others have said, they do squeak very loudly. Iā€™m a light sleeper and ended up having to buy earplugs so I could drown out the sound. Other than that, 10/10 trip and we will be back again. This is our new fall beach spot.

Amazing!

My first time to Gulf Shores and would, without question, come and stay here again! The unit was beautifully decorated, was fully stocked with anything you would need for your stay (kitchen appliances, cookware & utencils, hair dryer, bath towels, extra blankets, pillows, etc.!), the seating on the balcony and the views made for perfect evening cocktails, a beautifully maintained complex that I saw many owners, who clearly take pride in owning at this location, taking care of. I cannot say enough about my stay - it was perfect in every way!

AAA+++.Absolutely loved it being a corner condo unit. So our balcony was more open . They have everything you need there even an air fryer yes I got excited over that.very well clean, decorated, cozy.and comfortable. We will definitely look into renting this unit again for sure

Plenty of room for everyone!!

The property was clean. The view was amazing!! We loved the oversized pantry to keep all of our snacks. The beds are comfy and having 2 full/queen beds in the spare room was nice for the kids. The water pressure in the bathrooms is also impressive. Having 2 complimentary chairs and umbrella was such a blessing in this August heat! Parking was easy and the pool was always clean.The only thing I suggest is turning the ice maker off at night while you sleep.

This condo was perfect. Had the best most relaxing vacay in a long time. Felt like being home without all the stress. Close to everything and met some really nice people. Will definitely stay here on our next beach trip. Everything was as stated on the listing, only thing I missed was the fact there wasn't a blow dryer on the premises. But was an easy fix with a trip to Walmart. Highly recommend!!!

Great place!..just a few things of note

Loved the condo, beauty and so clean, will request exact unit in the future. Couple of heads-up items: the local management tel # is non-working but the Vacasa 800 was staffed with helpful agent. The king bed box springs needs replacing, it squeaks (LOUDLY) on any movement, even if just rolling over. Lastly to be clear, parking passes will be delivered and placed on counter for this unit (loved it) but the directions in the Welcome Packet for attaining parking pass is confusingā€¦we had to call 800 for clarification.

Cleanliness Issues

Location was great! The inside is updated however it was not clean. I want to preface the following statements; we stay all over the country and do not expect perfection. This was the most unclean place we have ever stayed. The floors were disgusting and appeared to not have been mopped in some time. The condo had an unclean odor to it, to the extent we went and bought candles to offset the smell. "Clean" dishes in the cabinets were not clean at all, we had to wash everything by hand before use. I sent pictures to the property management firm and never received a response. I would not recommend this condo.

Nice Place

We just stayed overnight, but the condo is very cozy and was the cleanest condo Iā€™ve stayed in. However the owners could spend a few more dollars on a few things to make the stay a little more appealing. The bi-fold doors in the kitchen closet is held together by nails at the bottom which is a bit of an eyesore. Used bi-fold doors can be purchased on fb marketplace place for as little as $20 or new for around $90 and itā€™s a simple DIY. There is a short in the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. There isnā€™t enough voltage to light the higher end light bulbs that were installed. I changed them out with bulbs that were in the pantry and there was just enough voltage to barely illuminate them. Iā€™ve installed many ceiling fans and this one has a short in it. I wasnā€™t able to get the TV work in the master bedroom. I followed the directions on the print out. I had no problems with the TV in the living room. But overall itā€™s a great place that I would recommend and stay again. Great location.
