The Space:

Escape to Waterscape for a comfortable and carefree getaway in Ft. Walton Beach. This breezy condo features an open layout with floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows allowing strong natural lighting and views of the resort pool area and lawn. On top of that, recent renovations in 2024 include new appliances and bathroom upgrades. Enjoy some morning coffee and afternoon cocktails on the private patio. The living area comes equipped with a smart TV for at-home entertainment and includes a built-in bunk nook, each with its own TVs as well. The bunk nook, which the owner built himself, also has charging stations built into the wall. The kitchen comes well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for at-home meal prep.



The beach and oceanfront pools, including a fun kiddie pool and lazy river, are just steps away. There’s also a gym if you’re looking to sneak in a workout. After a day of soaking up the sun, come home to relax in central air-conditioning.



Things to Know





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access
