The Space:

This tropical unit has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. This lovely home offers a twin bunk area, full bath with a stand-up shower, and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, DVD player, and walk-in closet.

Beach service is included from March to October.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

We had some issues when we arrived with water from the ceiling in the bathroom, but it was addressed and fixed immediately. Wonderful stay and a perfect location.

I love Waterscape! Amazing location and the view was breathtaking. One of my favorite place to stay.

This property is Amazing!!! The interior is very clean and beautiful decor. We love the balcony area that overlooks the pool area and you can partially see the beach. We will definitely be back

Wonderful unit

The unit is great for a family. We had everything we needed for the week. Parking was ample. The amenities down by the beach and pool make for a great week to just relax, have slow mornings with coffee on the balcony and dinners grilling down by the pool. This unit has a blender and slow cooker which was a nice surprise.

Great location and family friendly

Loved the location for the beach and all the pools were family friendly. It is a little walk to restaurants. The tiki hut at the pool the food isn’t the best. You are better off with uber eats or walking somewhere. The resort is clean and beautiful with great views and the condos have everything you could need for vacation! I will be back!

Fabulous family vacation!

This was our first stay at the Waterscape and first trip to Fort Walton Beach. The condo was lovely and very clean and checking in and out was super easy. This is by far the best pool situation for kids you can find. Our kids are 4 and 6 and going between the 4 kid friendly pools and lazy river was amazing. The proximity and ease of getting to the beach can’t be beat. The surrounding area is pretty built up and commercial, which is not my favorite, but when you are in the resort it is great!

Exactly as pictured and described

The unit was exactly as described and shown in the pictures, very clean, provided with everything our family of four needed for the stay. It has a really nice view as well (the pool area and beach in the distance). Waterscape proved to be a great choice, we really enjoyed their pool area, the kids (3 and 6) had a blast. The beach is super accessible and beautiful, we found a nice spot with 3beach chairs and umbrella inspite of it being a really busy weekend. The property is very close to other activities in the area (Gulfarium etc) and nice restaurants. Overall a wonderful stay for us.

Pleasant

It was a beautiful beach and we loved the beach chairs and pool for the kids but the supplies in the condo were bare minimum. We ran out of toilet paper, there were no kleenux and no extra trash bags or blankets. We would stay at the resort again but next time a property owned by a person and not a company.

Blood on Sheets and No Hot Water

I really wanted to leave a positive review, but I have contacted the property manager multiple times now and they have not called me back about us having not hot water. The front desk helped us the dried blood on our sheets, but I never heard anything about not having hot water after leaving multiple voicemails and emails. This condo was gorgeous otherwise and the facilities and closeness to the beach at Waterscape was incredible!

Beautiful condo but lacking in some areas

We absolutely loved waterscapes…it is perfect for families. The condo we stayed in was clean, decorated perfectly. The bedding was super comfortable. The kitchen area is greatly lacking. They had no frying pans, baking sheets or seasonings. There were empty cabinets in the kitchen. I also found it odd that they didn’t have beach towels for their guests, sand toys or a cooler. Any places we’ve ever rented on a beach has these items available. Additional blankets would have been nice too. House keeping did an amazing job. The condo was spotless. The lady at the front desk was super friendly. She allowed us to check in early, which was really nice of her. I would absolutely stay at Waterscapes again but I wouldn’t stay at the particular condo unless they provided the items I mentioned above. The condo really is perfect for a family of four.

Perfect Stay

This property is exactly as advertised. The photos probably don't do it justice, to be honest. The view is even better than the photos show, in my opinion. It's lovely to sit on the HUGE balcony and look out over the pools to the ocean. The bunk beds are very comfortable, and I like that they have a little space at the end of them, as well as an outlet. It was very convenient for being able to charge phones, and having a bottle of water and a book. It's very spacious for a one bedroom condo. The bedroom is quite large, and so is the kitchen. It is stocked with the basics as far as cookware and dining ware / silverware. So you're good to go! They have a blender, coffee maker, toaster, the fridge has a water and ice dispenser as well, for those of you who don't like tap water. They have board games provided under the television, as well, so that's a great treat for evenings in. The pool is right outside, but if you close the sliding door, you can't really hear a thing, even if it's packed. Although, when the Blue Angels, or other Navy flights, go past, you sure can hear THEM! ;) And that's always neat to see. I would absolutely stay here again and again!

Great space except for the Kitchen

We really enjoyed Waterscapes. This was our first time staying at this property. The condo was updated and comfortable. We did run into a few bumps that were not satisfactory. The kitchen is hardly equipped to cook a meal in. One small skillet. The oven would not work. I called three times to get it fixed and I don't know that it was ever serviced. I called three times and every time they would say someone would call me back but they never did until the last day. We wasted food trying to figure out the oven the first day. We also went the entire trip without being able to use the oven. The toaster was also broken. You had to hold it down to get it to toast. And it took a while. I was told the last day when someone finally called me back that the toaster was swapped out. It was not. The communication was terrible. To complete my review, if we would not have had those issues we would have been really happy with our stay. The beach was very clean, we saw tons of dolphins and the heated pool and hot tub was a great touch on the days that were a little chilly.
