The Condo itself was a nice unit. Furniture and mattress especially needs replacing desperately. Worst part of the stay was the listed heated pool was not heated and neither was the hot tub. Not usable. That was our whole reason for traveling during the winter months. A hot tub on a cold day/night with a beach view. Host did refund us for 1 of our 3 nights to slightly make up for it.

Dryer door wouldn't stay closed, and the dishwasher bottom rack has a wheel missing.

Thank you for bringing these items to our attention. We appreciate you letting us know. We did check both the dryer door and the dishwasher rack when this was previously reported, and, indeed, the dryer door does not stay closed properly, and the dishwasher's bottom rack is missing a wheel. We are currently working with the owner to get service scheduled. They have been hesitant to approve full service at this time, as the dryer likely needs new clips and the dishwasher requires a replacement wheel rather than major repairs. While both appliances are still functioning, we understand that these issues can be inconvenient and appreciate your patience as we continue to coordinate repairs. Thank you again for your feedback.

Amazing Views!!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! Everything was super clean, bed was comfy, balcony view was absolutely perfect! I loved that the room came with its very own parking spot so no circling around trying to find somewhere to park. The parking spot is also right next to the elevator for easy access and the elevator comes right up to the room. Location of everything is so convenient with this place!

Perfect place for a getaway!

We loved this property! My spouse and I just went for the weekend, and it was perfect. Very clean, quiet and a beautiful view of the ocean. The parking garage was nice also. We will definitely be back to this location.

Perfect cozy home base for the beach

Great location. Space was clean and updated to a clean and cozy standard. Pool and hot tub were very nice. This is the perfect place for a couple or small family with 1-2 young children looking for a home base to make beach trips from. Would give a 6th star if the bathtub was a bit more glamorous for a relaxing bath, but it did the job just fine.

We had such a wonderful experience at this condo, it had the feel of a vacation spot and home like vibe. The view alone is incredible, but all the amenities like free beach chair and umbrella rental, washer/ dryer, and full size kitchen really make this place 5 stars. It was clean and quiet and overall the perfect family spot. Things that you may need staying here are laundry detergent, salt and pepper, sugar and coffee filters. We will definitely book here again.

Nice condominium

Navigating the parking garage was n ou t easy the parking spot for this unit it is very tight. The room itself did need a touch of love but overall it was a nice unit and I would stay there again. Excellent view and great amenities.

nice condo on the beach

it is a nice condo except several things needed to improve…. The icemaker is broken and no ice cube trays are provided . Very thin sheeting and very thin blanket on the bed….. nowhere is there any additional blankets that can be used on the bed - eventually stole a thin blanket off of the twin bed . Good parking lot, easy to manage door lock. Nice access to the beach. No drinking glasses were provided except juice size. No spices, salt.pepper in condo so be prepared to bring some. As well as bringing in your ice. overall, a nice place however

Great view

The view from the living area and balcony at this property are great! The place was as described and has good “bones” but could be so much better with minimal investment. It was clean enough but as another reviewer said, it looks like caulk was simply put over mold lines in the shower and the curtain liner is yellowed and needs to be changed. Other small touches that would yield a more comfortable stay include stocking the kitchen better. There were only a few juice glasses and coffee mugs as well as a few small wine glasses. I will say the knife I used was nice and sharp. New living room furniture is needed and dining chairs need to be inspected and tightened.There seem to be some outlets that don’t work and at least one lamp that needs a light bulb I believe. Parking is convenient and beach access close and easy. Overall, this was a good place to stay on a relatively small budget.
