Inside, this condo features furnishings with a sophisticated touch, along with a full kitchen, and entertainment options including a flat screen, cable TV. Pop on your provided wristbands and take advantage of the on-site resort amenities including a shared, heated pool, sundeck, grilling area, and well-equipped fitness center.



Stroll out to miles of white, sandy beaches where you can work on your tan, play in the water, or just spend your days shelling. Dine at a number of local restaurants. And for all-ages fun, Shipwreck Island Waterpark can be found right across the street from this rental, while additional attractions, like the Panama Dunes Adventure Park, The Original Goofy Golf, and Ripley's Believe It or Not!, all within a couple of miles of this complex.



THINGS TO KNOW

After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.

No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

This rental is located on floor 3 above the parking garage.

The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1
