The Space:

This condo has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. Unit B628 is beautifully decorated with tropical blues and greens for the perfect beach getaway. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. This lovely home offers a full bath with a stand-up shower and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath, TV, DVD player, and spacious closet.



Things to Know

Beach service is included from March to October.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we implement this

new system to enhance security and guest experience at Waterscape. If

Awesome place, clean and great amenities.

Amazing time with the family. Definitely a great pool setup, which the kids wanted that more that the ocean, but it was a great time at one of the 3 pools. Great location with walking distance to good food. We’re looking to book again in April/May.

Everything was there, it was clean. The only small complaint I have is if you have a real coffee maker please put that in the description and have coffee filters. Overall fantastic.

Great place for a family!

We love staying at Waterscape! This condo was a nice place for our family of 4. The room was great, and we love all the amenities. The sleeper sofa was fine for my kids, I did not try it out, but my kids loved it! We enjoyed the pool, and the lazy river is a favorite for my kids. Overall, we loved it!

Very nice condo

The condo was great, it was very clean, really nice kitchen, carpet was new and clean, big flat screen tv and the location had great access to parking garage that made unloading and loading car easy. We would definitely stay again. My only complaint was the couch needs replaced.

Beautiful, cozy n comfy, pools right in front of you, ocean just to your right, elevators a few doors walk to take you directly to pools Floor 2 upper pools, Floor 2 to lower pools and ocean, what’s not to love being here, 2nd time at Waterscape for us..

Great time!

My 3 year old love the pools and the kiddie play area. We had a great time. There are events every day. I wished I knew more about them prior to our visit. We just happen to be there at the right time when the pirate show for kids was happening. The room was clean and very nice. The king bed is firm. We will stay here again!

waterscape was great! This Condo...not so much

Our condo was not very clean and the furniture was stained, out door furniture was missing pillows and/or torn to the point we could not use it. I would go back to Waterscape but I would stay in another unit. Positives: the staff was friendly and helpful. Security was present and vigilant-felt safe. The pools, lazy river and beach access was ideal for our family. We had a great time.

R&R at its finest.

Property is amazing. View is amazing location is amazing. The only issue we had was that there was a baseball tournament in town and WAY too many kids in the pool! It was also observed and overheard that all the kids on one team came to Waterscape to swim as a team and to hang out at the pool even though they were not registered guests of Waterscape. Need to police the wristbands a whole lot better. Other than the issue with so many wild kids in the pool you couldn’t swim, our stay was Amazing and we look forward to staying again.

It was okay

I usually get a two bedroom when staying here. It’s a yearly summer trip this time just me and my husband went to celebrate his bday. So with it just being us we got a one bedroom. The room was great just needs to be revamped……the bed was like sleeping on a rock and the older model tv wouldn’t pick up the Wi-Fi that was given then tried my own hot spot wouldn’t work either soooo no internet. Also us mothers/wives come for a getaway vacation plus pay a good bit of money also. Should pay your housekeeper more to clean the room we the customers that are away on vacation shouldn’t have to do their jobs and the night before checkout getting a text to have everything cleaned? When you have housekeepers isn’t that their in the job description?

Resort is nice but our unit was not clean

The resort is great for families especially if traveling with small children. My unit needed to be updated and it was not clean. Big disappointment in our room.
