The Space:

This magnificent condo has a view of the Gulf of Mexico, the tropical gardens, and the pools. On top of that, its incredible location offers an abundance of opportunities to explore while here. The water is at your beck and call, so put on your swimwear and relish daily trips to the sand. For other scenic options in the area, try a casual stroll through one of the many parks, many of which serve as great places for picnics. Take the kids to Wild Willy's Adventure Zone or Gulfairum Marine Adventure Park, then sample something tasty from the delicious local restaurants before heading back.



Step inside your newly remodeled (in 2023) condo. Sporting a new coat of paint, new furniture, new artwork, and new LVP flooring throughout, your vacation home is as comfortable as it is aesthetically pleasing. Its gorgeous pastel colors and decor perfectly complement the beach and surrounding area. After a fun day out and about, lounge comfortably on the living area furniture while watching your favorite shows on the new TV. Better yet, step out onto the balcony and enjoy the new furniture as you bask in the warm Florida air. When the group is hungry, make your way to the remodeled kitchen and have the group chef utilize the new stainless steel kitchen appliances to create a culinary masterpiece. As the evening comes to a close, retire to one of the inviting bedrooms. Each one features its own new TV and balcony access, as well as an en suite with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub for even more convenience. Larger groups with children can take advantage of the bunk area which also has its own TV for the kids to watch before bed!



Things to Know



The Beach service includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas from March until October.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

This rental is located on floor 4.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access
