The Space:

Newly built in 2021, this amazing WindMark retreat comprises an inviting main house and lock-off casita - each with a private entrance. You’ll love the comfy and convenient layout, large lot size on a cul de sac overlooking the community pond, and being within walking distance of all the neighborhood's amenities!



The main house features an open layout perfect for entertaining. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with stainless steel appliances and ample stone counter space. Or head out to the back patio for afternoon grilling. Kick back on a huge sectional in the living area, or watch favorite shows in the plush primary suite. Two guest bedrooms and a guest bath provide space for the whole group.



The lock-off casita presents its own full kitchen as well, well-equipped for everything from beach snacks to home-cooked meals. You’ll also find a private bedroom, a full bath, and a living area that’s ideal for movie nights.



As part of the exclusive WindMark community, guests can rent beach chairs, umbrellas, and carts from the welcome center. The resort-like grounds feature a swimming pool, a park and amphitheater, eateries and shops, and beach walkover access to four miles of St. Joseph Bay coastline.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
