Property said Gulf view but was a view of the bay. Bathtub didn’t drain well, shower heads hardly have pressure and do not work as intended. Need a better selection of utensils and pots/pans. Other than that we enjoyed it

10 year Anniversary

We celebrated our 10 year anniversary and it was perfect. The property was great, staff was friendly. Room was exactly as shown and everything we needed. The view was amazing!

This place is greatly located and has a wonderful view across the sound side and crab Island and HarborWalk very quiet besides during the day the room above us continued to have a tapping noise coming from right above the living room. The condo is very outdated the overall layout could be changed to make more space especially in the kitchen and bathroom there are things that are in need of repair and had to spend 10 to 15 minutes taking pictures of stuff that was damaged or dirty before relaxing there was two blood stains on the couch either the couch needs replaced or needs steam cleaned, fully furnished so that was nice plenty of towels perfect for a couple getaway maybe two small children pool area very nice Pavilion area with grills very nice right on the water close to the jetty overall a good experience besides having to constantly talk with the host about issues just to get to a point to relax. The bedroom needs a set of curtains across the blinds as the windows are on the highway area so the bedroom stayed lit All Night plus a sense of unsafety or privacy because anyone could walk up and peek through the blinds if they wanted. I would say the money we spent on it for what it is is too expensive. If things were updated then laid out better and better shape I can understand paying this price. The shower head is in dire need of replacement something with more pressure. Not saying I wouldn't use this one again but would definitely look for other options before I did.

From the elevator to the beach was less than a minute. View from room was great. We ended up booking two extra days.

Jetty east

It was nice we weren't looking at the beach from our patio but what we did get to see was the fireworks out our patio view that was really cool. Overall it was convenient to the stores the outlet and restaurants. Great location.

Clean, close to so many restaurants, pool was beautiful !!!I. Great bay view!!!!! Gated loved that! I would suggest blackout curtains in the bedroom and the ice maker didn’t work .

Destin Beach Retreat

Good communication, easy parking, and access to the unit. We felt safe with a 24-hour security gate. There was also easy access to the heated pool and beach. The best walkable beach we've been to!We appreciated having the in-unit laundry. Would have been even better if there were beach towels, a cooler, and beach chairs to use. Also, some more hangers.We would stay again and would recommend it to others..
