The Space:

*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September of 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until early Summer of 2025:

-Outdoor Hot Tub

-Splash Pad

The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours.

This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment. Renovations will continue throughout 2025 and into Spring of 2026.



Sundestin Unit 1115 is directly on the beachfront with a fabulous coastline view from a private eleventh-floor balcony looking to the west! This unit sleeps six and offers an upscale contemporary coastal décor with new living room furnishings, updated kitchen & bath, as well as fine tile flooring. The living room offers a queen sofa sleeper, a large flat screen smart TV, a DVD player, and access to the balcony overlooking the beautiful Destin coastline. Prepare family meals in with the fully stocked upscale kitchen with full-size stainless appliances and a generous supply of housewares. The primary bedroom offers two queen beds with fine headboards, a flat-screen smart TV, a DVD, and separate access to the balcony. The primary bathroom is a Jack-n-Jill style bath and a half with a shower/tub combo accessible from the hallway and the primary bedroom. Please take in the sunsets in elegance and style at Sundestin Unit #1115.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.
