Welcome to Stockton! This modern family home is located on a large property with a beautiful backyard and tons of great amenities! Enjoy a cozy dedicated office space, a sunny dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, high-end stainless-steel appliances, gas range, and a breakfast bar. The great room features a 65-inch smart TV with Amazon Fire TV so you can keep up with all of your favorite shows. The first floor includes a private in-law suite with an ensuite bathroom, perfect for traveling with multi-generational families. Upstairs, you'll find a play loft with a 55-inch TV and pool table, a luxurious master suite, and two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The home features a total of 3 sparkling clean bathrooms with both modern shower and bathtub options.

You are staying in a peaceful home in a quiet residential area. We ask you to respect the community, environment, and your surrounding neighbors. Please monitor your noise levels at all times. Quiet Hours are 9:00pm - 7:00am. Groups are welcome, but all guests must be registered. The home’s maximum capacity is 10 registered guests and no pets are allowed. The home features tons of great amenities that we encourage you to explore and use. Stairs are required in order to reach some of the bedrooms and major areas of the home. Should you need help finding any of the amenities, please do not hesitate to reach out and we’d be happy to direct you.

Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to Vrbo.
