​The condo is on the 5th and top-floor of the building and is tastefully decorated and is equipped with the necessities. The master bedroom includes a queen-size bed, closet and ensuite with shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, as well as a large closet. The second bathroom also has a shower, and doubles as the guest bathroom.

Inside, the condo feels bright and roomy, with thoughtfully designed living spaces which look-out onto the pool below. An equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals at home, while the in-unit laundry area adds extra convenience for longer stays. Multiple private terraces provide great outdoor space to enjoy the warm Mazatlán weather.

For added comfort, the condo includes pool and bath towels, along with basic cooking supplies, so you can settle in easily from day one. Whether you’re planning a winter escape or a family vacation filled with activities, this condo offers a comfortable home base in a fun, amenity-rich community.

It is about an 8 minute walk to the main road, where you can catch a city bus to take you into town, and cabs and Uber are also readily available. If you drive down, there is one parking spot included as well.
