I live in USA and I am an avid traveler. I have stayed at hundreds of Airbnb and VRBO's. As a traveler I know what is needed to feel like home when traveling to a town away from home. This is my home when I visit Pakistan so I take care of it as if I am living there. I did not buy it to rent but since it sits empty many days in a year I am offering it for short term rentals. I enjoy hosting people and ensuring that they love the place and want to come back to it or refer others to it.
I studied mechanical engineering although I am in finance work for software company at a VP level. I was born in Karachi although I have been in USA for 40 years and I always love the vibrant and cosmopolitan nature of Karachi whenever I visit.

This is the oldest most richest area of Karachi. It is most convenient as it sits in the center of the city only 10 minutes from airport and 15 minutes to most places in the city. It is also one of the safest areas since it is opposite Naval Base and because it is in a very affluent neighborhood it is better protected from the rolling blackouts most other areas face.
Most of the residents living in the complex have been there for decades and they take care of the property.
The complex is a compound and it is secured with armed security who do not let anyone enter without ID confirmation
While there are many options within the complex for food there are 4 banks and grocery stores as well so no need to go anywhere if not needed
Within a mile there are the city's top restaurants and retail shops

The best part of my home is the ginormous 4,000 sq-ft private terrace which I love to sit in early mornings or evenings enjoying the Karachi breeze.
unlike other homes I have provided an AC unit in every room including the kitchen. I also have added fans and exhaust fans in bathrooms
I also have water heater and a washer/dryer. and have included a dishwasher as well
All appliances, fixtures and furniture are state of the art.
There are 2 elevators that open right at the main door of my home although it is a short climb by stairs as well since it is the first floor above the parking
