- Application & Minimum Stay: An application is required at least 10 days before arrival. Lighthouse Towers has a 14-day minimum stay, and all reservations are set for two-week periods year-round. Any references to shorter stays are for advertising purposes only.

- Property Updates: The complex is undergoing exterior painting and balcony waterproofing, expected to finish by spring 2026. Some areas may be temporarily closed, and you may notice contractor activity during weekdays.

- Weather & Amenities: Following hurricanes in 2024, some outdoor amenities may have limited availability during your stay. Construction noise may be heard Monday through Friday, but all efforts are made to minimize disruption so you can enjoy your vacation.
