With three towers positioned right along the gulf, the setting delivers a true beachfront experience from sunrise to sunset.

Inside Unit 308A, guests will find a thoughtfully updated space with a coastal feel. The kitchen has been recently remodeled with attractive cabinetry, granite countertops, and a full-size dishwasher—a rare and highly desirable feature in this community. A large breakfast bar provides comfortable seating for dining and gathering.

The bedroom offers a king-sized bed and inviting coastal décor, creating a relaxing retreat after a day at the beach. The bathroom has also been updated and features a walk-in shower for added convenience and comfort. There is a pullout sofa for an additional 2 guest.

Fort Myers Beach continues its impressive recovery, and the south end of the island is thriving once again. Santini Plaza is now open, offering shops and restaurants within easy walking distance of the condo. Guests can head south to explore Bonita Springs and Naples, or travel north to visit Times Square and the lively new Margaritaville resort.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and turquoise blue Gulf waters.
