The outer courtyard is under renovation - a swimming pool is being built. Quiet area close to the center of Targu-Mures.

Guest access
The entire property can be used. For half the price, only the ground floor can be used. (a master bedroom with 2 bathrooms, sauna, garage, a living room and a kitchen)
Access is made through the owner. A copy of your ID is required.

For stays longer than 30 days, a utility fee will be added, which will be determined according to the consumption index.
