The home features a spacious, open living area that flows seamlessly into the dining space and fully stocked kitchen — ideal for relaxing or spending time together. The primary suite offers a private retreat with its own full bathroom, while two additional bedrooms are located nearby with easy access to the second full bath. The layout provides both shared gathering space and private sleeping areas for comfort and convenience. Step out onto the back deck and enjoy beautiful views of Lake Hartwell. The outdoor dining table for four is perfect for morning coffee, sunset dinners, or late-night conversations. Unwind with your favorite show on the outdoor TV while taking in the peaceful lake scenery.

Guess will have access to the entire home aside from any locked owners closets.

Lake Hartwell’s water levels are managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and can change drastically depending on weather and seasonal conditions. While levels may fluctuate, guests can still enjoy beautiful lake views, peaceful surroundings, and all the charm of lake life. At times, the dock may be in shallow water or temporarily out of the water depending on lake levels.
We’ve stocked the home with a starter supply of essentials (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, coffee, and laundry detergent) so you can relax as soon as you arrive. If you’re staying awhile or need more, just plan to grab extras during your trip.
