• Earlier check-in (before 9 AM) or later check-out after 1 PM, are subject to availability at additional cost.

• Passport copies of all the guests staying in the apartment are required to have security access to the building.



Cleaning & house-keeping

• Cleaning Fee applies to the post check-out cleaning only.

• Towels are provided according to the number of guests. If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.

• If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify us no later than 48 hours prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, we cannot guarantee sofa bed setup, the linens and towels will be provided on time.
