Step outside 50ft to your private sandy beach frontage on a quiet, full-recreation lake. In summer, enjoy your own personal dock, sandy shoreline, and ideal west-facing exposure for jaw-dropping sunsets—the kind people travel for and never forget. Swim, float, kayak, paddleboard, jet ski, water ski, or spend the day fishing. The lake is peaceful yet playful, perfect for lazy afternoons and unforgettable golden-hour evenings.
