Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome with prior approval only. A maximum of 2 dogs is permitted, and all pets must be disclosed in advance with the required pet fee paid. Dogs must be kept on a leash in all public areas, and guests are responsible for promptly cleaning up after their pets.

Accessibility
This is a two-story home with three steps at the main entry. All bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor. Please note that basement access is required to use the game room.

Street Parking
Street parking is not available between the hours of 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM.

Exterior Security Cameras
A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entry and monitors the exterior entrance only.

A Pack ’n Play is provided for guest use.
