Welcome to our bright and fully renovated 4-bedroom penthouse in the heart of Hadar Ganim, Petah Tikvah — a peaceful, family-oriented neighborhood in central Israel, ideally located between Ben Gurion Airport, Tel Aviv, and Jerusalem.
The apartment comfortably hosts up to 8 guests and includes:

• 2 full bathrooms
• Spacious living and dining area
• 50 m² private terrace balcony with open views (fully enclosed and child-safe)
• Private parking spot
• Elevator building (including Shabbat elevator)
