The Experience

The home unfolds across multiple levels, offering moments of gathering and retreat in equal measure. Large windows draw in river and forest views, while warm materials, sculptural lighting, and intentional furnishings shape a calm, grounding atmosphere.

Days here are unhurried — spent soaking in the hot tub, resting in the infrared sauna, walking to nearby Eagle Falls, or sitting quietly by the river. Evenings invite stillness, with films projected softly in the living room, firelight low, and a soundbath room to explore.

Sleeping Arrangements
Three serene bedrooms feature queen beds with hotel-quality linens, soft lighting, and a sense of privacy. An additional full bed is located in the loft, offering a flexible, open retreat space.

Living Spaces
The main living area is anchored by a vintage 1970s claw-style fireplace and a generous lounge seating arrangement designed for long conversations and rest. Vaulted ceilings and layered textures create openness without excess.

Loft
The loft serves as a quiet upper-level sanctuary, featuring a projector and screen for evening films or late-night listening sessions.

Lower Level
The lower level offers a cooler, quieter retreat with river views — ideal for rest, reading, or deep sleep.

The bathroom is designed as a ritual space, featuring a rainfall shower, soft lighting, and warm finishes.

**To support our off-grid, eco-conscious approach, the space includes a modern incinerating toilet. This system is water-free and highly sanitary, and on rare occasions may produce a faint, temporary scent during use.**

Outdoors, a private wellness area includes:
• An infrared sauna for gentle heat and recovery
• A five-person hot tub positioned for privacy
• Fire pit seating beneath the trees

These spaces are meant to be used slowly.

Amanita offers direct access to the Skykomish River and is a short walk to Eagle Falls. The home is located approximately 35 minutes from Stevens Pass and accessed via a quiet gravel road (1.5 miles). Parking is available for up to three compact vehicles.
