All rooms have air conditioning.



This condominium has a living room with television and balcony access, a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary to cook your favorite meal and a dining table for 8 people.



The building has a terrace with an outdoor pool, rest area, bathroom, sun loungers, elevator. On the ground floor, it has a swimming pool, reception, and parking.



This condominium is located in a very central area of Playa del Carmen, in the surroundings you can enjoy shopping centers, restaurants, bars and it is also very close to the beach.



From the moment of your reservation, our concierge will be able to help you start planning your trip with activities ranging from diving to scheduling the most spectacular amusement parks of Xcaret group, or the Mayan ruins of Chichen-Itza, Tulum and Cobá. Within the additional concierge services, we can also stock your refrigerator with supplies before your arrival, dance classes, babysitting service and many others.
