The property features three large bedrooms, large bathrooms .Three toilets in total. Each bedroom has a iMac workstation and Nespresso machine, wardrobes & drawers. A stylish open-plan living and dining area offers space to relax or socialise, alongside a fully equipped kitchen centred around a distinctive foosball table island. Additional highlights include a dedicated games room and a private outdoor terrace with a hot tub. (There is a £100 surcharge for use of hottub, this includes full refill with fresh water and heated to 40 degrees for your arrival along with additional towels use of robes and a bottle of Prosecco or Cava)

The townhouse is huge, high ceilings with a tonne of character, enjoys beautiful views over St George’s Church and sits in a fantastic central location. Just next door is Flint, a popular restaurant known for its excellent brunch, while one of Leeds’ best casual Japanese restaurants is only a few doors down. The buzz of Millennium Square, Greek Street and The Headrow is just a five-minute walk away, placing some of the city’s best dining, shopping and nightlife right on your doorstep.

In the property we also have 2 x Folding Singe Beds with e-Pocket Mattress. One in Bedroom 3 and one in either the living room or the Games Room on the ground floor, which can be useful place as the games room its own WC. These can be used by adults, they are full size but our intention was to give extra bed facilitates for kids / family members.

The sofa beds and fold-down bed are only set up and made available when the guest count is above 6 and we have been notified in advance.

These beds require additional preparation and bedding, which will not be provided for smaller group bookings unless agreed beforehand. If you think you may need them, please just let us know prior to arrival and we’ll be happy to arrange this for you.
