• CHECK-IN TIME IS FROM 4 PM TO 9 PM ONLY. Any check-in after 9 pm won't be allowed.
• Luggage storage prior to check in or check out is not available. Neither Luxury Rentals Miami Beach or the hotel will be able to store luggage
• Short-term rentals are permitted
• No pets allowed
• Tenant registration form required 24 hours prior to arrival.
• All bookings are subject to building and management approval.
• Damage protection fees apply as outlined during booking.
