This brand new cozy loft apartment is located in historic downtown Cortland just steps from shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
Explore Cortland's newly renovated Main Street by foot or take a short drive to Greek Peak (~12min), Cornell (~27min) or SUNY Cortland (2min).
With new construction, off-street parking and modern amenities, this 5-bed 3 bedroom apartment provides plenty of space for the family on vacation or traveling professional to stay in comfort.

Hands down the BEST airBandB in the Cortland area! We stayed in this urban loft on Main Street during our annual ski trip to Greek Peak. We usually stay closer to the mountain, but honestly, this location couldnât have any been better. It was a straight, 10 minute drive to the slopes, which made getting to the mountain early and coming back after a long day incredibly easy. A short walk to restaurants, coffee shops and bars was an added bonus.
The loft was amazing. Thoughtfully designed and decorated, modern, incredibly clean, super comfortable and just a great space we really felt like home in. Chris went above and beyond; everything was well-stocked and the "home binder" had every detail laid out from where to find the garbage bags to the best place to watch a sunset (and everything in between!)
Chris is an excellent host. He is super responsive, and you can tell that he takes great pride in his property and his hometown. If I could give 100 stars, I would! Highly recommend!
