Charming space in a historic craftsman!

Charming historic craftsman in the East Village Arts district. Located less than a mile away from the beach and walking distance to the Historic Pine Street which has restaurants, bars, and a great night life. Also located less than a mile from the Aquarium of the Pacific, the Convention Center, and of course the beach.
One parking spot included!
The natural light filled space comfortably sleeps 4 people. Perfect for a small family, small group of friends, or corporate traveler possibly visiting the Convention Center. It is walking distance to the beach, Metro, or Pine Street which hosts shops and restaurants, Long Beach airport, LAX, Disneyland, Hollywood, and many other tourist attractions are just a few miles driving distance from the space.

About the Space
-Living Area : cozy, bright and inviting space fitted with a 65” smart TV (no cable but you may enjoy channels like Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus, prime video etc...and WiFi provided for free.)

-Kitchen : stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, servingware, flatware, pots & pans, oil, sugar, salt & pepper. I also provide some additional snacks and water in the fridge. A little something to hold you over before you venture out to the many great restaurants in the local area.

-Dinning area : table with three chairs for guest. There are more fold out chairs provided in the bedroom closet to seat additional guests. Table is left set and ready to be used.

Bedroom #1 : The bed is a full size bed mattress. Large TV provided (No cable but you do have access to channels like Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, prime video... and free WiFi provided free!)

Sleeping arrangement #2 : This is a historic home and many of these features are original to the house. What makes this sleeping arrangement unique is that it pulls out from under the original built in cabinet.

Bathroom : Shower tub, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hand soap, hair dryer, face towels, and body towels.

Porch : please enjoy the cool breeze out on the front porch. Seating provided as well as a porch fan to enjoy your morning coffee. Front porch is shared as guests next door also have access to it.

Fourth of July - July 4th : please be advised that the 4th of July is a national holiday that is celebrated with fireworks/picnic throughout the country. The city of Long Beach DOES NOT PERMIT fireworks. The city host a beautiful firework display just one mile away at the beach for the community to enjoy. Unfortunately, during this time of year you may hear a continuous amount of fireworks being lit from members of the community. This usually begins a week before the 4th and ends a day or two after the 4th of July. If you are sensitive to loud sounds or dislike hearing them throughout the day please know that they may be lit during

The Grand Prix of Long Beach takes place in the month of April. The city of Long Beach hosts the Grand Prix is the longest-running major street race. It is a professional race track hosted about a mile away near the beach. It is a very exciting and busy time for Long Beach. Please be advised that you may hear cars at distance going around the race track.
