Discover the tranquil and serene beauty of Paradise Beach and wake up to coastal views of 90-mile beach with fresh living vibes, where you can Work, Rest and Play in your very own 'home away from home'. -
This property is an ideal retreat all year round and is tailored to accommodate your enjoyment across Victoria, Australia many seasons.
The Property Itself...
Initial Disclosure: This property is currently undergoing a progressive and gradual refresh for the exterior and internal amenities. Photos provided may differ slightly and some dates may not be actively available throughout the duration.
The property is split across dual- levels, with the lower-level boasting:
* 2 decent sized bedrooms with a King-Size and Queen-Sized bed and can comfortably sleep 4-5 people. Linen and Towels are available on the premises for use, or you may bring your own.
Nb: A portable cot and changer is also available for use, upon request.
* The Bathroom and Laundry are conjoined, with ample storage space, washing machine, clothes dryer, cleaning supplies, iron, clothes airer and basic amenities such as hair dryer and straightener.
A short walk up the stairs brings you to an open plan living, dining and kitchen area inclusive of:
* Comfortable sized kitchen with all appliances available for use.
* Dining area ( nb: High Chair available, upon request)
* Living area including Large 55' inch TV, DVD player and PS4 with plenty of DVDs and assorted digital and board games to chose from.
* Desk/Office with printer for those that still need to work :) (BYO your own laptop)
Opening onto the outside entertainment area with breathtaking views of 90-mile beach, perfect for the summer, and includes:
* Outside dining set
* Barbeque
* Bar/ preparation station, and
* Adhoc workout gear
Other things...
*The property is only a 2-5 minute walk away from Paradise Beach (90 mile beach) with direct access available through the camping ground. A short drive down brings you to Golden Beach which is often patrolled during the busier months of Summer. Perfect for swimming, tanning, fishing and watersports. Other highlights include a local gallery, golf course/club and on Wednesdays, the Golden Beach 'Man Shed' is open for free for guests to partake in learning// experiencing different woodwork with the locals and learning more about the tools/tricks of the trades.
* The property temporarily does not have WI-FI enabled. Hot- spotting from your mobile or local devices is the most effective option should you require the internet.
* Local amenities are limited, and it is encouraged that you bring your own groceries and necessities from home, or you can pick some up along the way at Traralgon or Sale. There is also a general convenience store a short 5-min drive from the property, should you wish to purchase your needs upon arrival.
