South Shore located along Chicago’s shoreline, with stunning views of Lake Michigan. This location is a perfect stay. Guest will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located apartment. Minutes to University of Chicago or nearby beaches. One block from Metra Train Station to downtown or the north suburbs. Less than a mile from Obama Library and Science Museum. Or travel the Nearby Lakeshore drive to downtown in just 15 minutes. Jewel Osco grocery located nearby.
The space
The perfect stay for exploring Chicago. This is a quite comfortable and cozy 3-bedroom 1 bath apartment. Home away from home. Two bedrooms have queen beds with matching nightstands. The third bedroom has a twin bed and nightstands. There is a television, a full-length mirror and a closet in each room. There is a nice size living room with queen couch bed that sleeps two and natural nesting wood tables.
This Airbnb sleeps up to 5 guests. There is a dining table that seats up to 6 people. The kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer and coffee bar. Dish set for 6. Lots of wine glasses too. There is a washer and dryer at request on property. Heating and air. There is absolutely no smoking inside of unit. No pets allowed. Smoking violations are fined up to $300.00.

There are smart locks for the main entry door and to the front and back door of apartment 1. You will be issued a code once checked in.
Other things to note
When booking please add and upload state identification for all intended guest for liability purposes. Absolutely no overnight visitors.
We absolutely do not allow pets. The owner is allergic to pets. Please do not sneak animals in the unit. Violators will be fined up to $500.00
