This property was perfectly located. It was close to everything we wanted to do, but not in the middle of all the busy. It also fit all our needs for a family of 5. The beds were comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and easy to find. Minutes from everything in Saugatuck and Douglas so the location to the restaurants and shops was really great. We really couldn’t see the water from the location and there were tiles missing from the floor of the shower in the bedroom which is why I only gave four stars for those categories. Host communication was quick and gave good recommendations for places to eat with kids. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place to visit. The house was perfect for mom and dad and my wife. Easy access to downtown and the restaurants were great! The reason for 4 stars is because the floor in the master suite was damaged and for the high amount we paid I would expect perfect. Didn’t want to mention that because everything else was perfect.

Hi Troy - I’m sorry you found the master bedroom suite not to your liking. I’m not sure what was wrong, particularly since you emailed to say how wonderful the condo was and even extended your stay. Perhaps it was due to the review you received for breaking the rules and having a dog stay in our home? Or the fact that you did not remove the trash or start the dishwasher as requested? I’m sorry you felt the need to retaliate by writing a bad review.

Cozy condo; great location

We stayed here while visiting family and friends around Christmas. The location was perfect; close enough to both Holland and Glenn. We enjoyed discovering the trail to the "Crow's Nest" a short drive (~ a mile) away.

The townhouse was perfect for our birthday getaway.

Perfect Vacation Home

The home is updated, beautiful and cozy! All needed amenities were available and nice, down to the brand of soap! The location is perfect, just two blocks from downtown Douglas, right by the main road to get to downtown Saugatuck and a short walk or drive to the beaches. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Hi Rachel - Thank you for your kind comments. I am sorry you experienced difficulty with the internet. We have a brand-new modem and router that are checked for a minimum 100-megabyte service before and after each check in. I wish you had contacted us, as we could have had Comcast come check the lines during your stay. I hope you enjoy the rest of your summer.
