Love This House!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this house 6 times since 2015. It is always clean and last year they did several upgrades. The best one is that the beds are already made when you arrive! We also loved that it is close to stores and restaurants and our favorite place to go was Surf City Pier to have family photos taken.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this house for 3 straight years and reserved the same week for next year too. The owner and house manager keep this house in beautiful condition. They make improvements and keep the house in excellent condition. Any issues that have come up during our stays are always addressed immediately by the property manager. The rental company, Landmark, has been great to work with. The location is ideal. Just over the bridge so close to everything you need in North Topsail and south to Surf City. Would highly recommend this house. Just don’t try to rent it the week we reserve every year!

Now, some of them are professionals, while others are still in college. This property serves as their home for a week during the summer, and they eagerly anticipate creating shared memories, experiences, and fun activities. These moments foster lasting bonds, both old and new.

Reviewer Comments: Once a year we bring our kids and grandchildren to the beach to make memories and this year was no exception..We come in from Oklahoma,Tennessee,NC and VA..This property along with the folks from Landmark made for a great stay.. The La Grande Dame is a wonderful place for large families.. It accommodated all of us quite nicely.. The property location is great making running out for things very convenient.. With it being a gated community vehicle traffic is virtually nonexistent.. The house itself is wonderful.. The layout makes for very nice flow from kitchen to family room.. Bedroom locations are nice and offers plenty of quite time.. House is setup and maintained with all the things one would expect in a premium property.. Access to the beach is great with it being just steps away without the long deck walk that makes running kids back and forth from the beach very nice..We would recommend anyone needing a large property to definitely consider La Grande Dame..

Quintessential Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was perfect! We used the whole house and everyone loved having their own space with the many bathrooms! We were quite pleased with the cleanliness and the attention to detail in every space. We also loved the kitchen appliances and having a pantry and extra refrigerator right off the kitchen. The view was outstanding and beach access was easy! The communication with Landmark was extremely easy and they were very attentive to every need. We also have to give a shout-out to Dewey who took care of all our needs! He was outstanding. We only have some minor suggestions. (a) The carpet on the 3rd floor living room needs secured. (it slides when we try to sit on the sofa & created a tripping hazard). (b) It would be helpful to have baby gate that extends the width of the stairs at the top on the 3rd floor as well as the 2nd floor for small children's safety. (c) 'Clean/Dirty' magnets for each of the dishwashers would be helpful. We loved having the 2 dishwashers but we got confused (LOL)
