The space
Welcome to Packanack Lodge - a modern renovated retreat in the amenity-filled Big Bass Lake community! Our house is very family friendly as we have two young children of our own.

This redesigned home has 4 bedrooms (5 bed) and 2 baths, offering the perfect blend of comfort and entertainment for your getaway. Relax by the firepit, play some air hockey/foosball, or enjoy the warmth and ease of the natural gas fireplace. Kick back in the family room which has it's own wet-bar and lots of games in the cabinets for the kids to play.

Packanack Lodge is in a peaceful, gated community, and only a 20-30 minute drive to popular Poconos attractions.

Smart TVs in 3 of 4 bedrooms as well as the game room.

KITCHEN: Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, glassware, mugs, coffee maker (single or pot)

GENERAL: Linens and towels provided, full size washer/dryer. Every bedroom has it's own mini-split system for your heating/cooling comfort level. Note that while the house has baseboards for heat in every room as backup, we only utilize the two large baseboards on the main floor in the winter as the mini-splits are much more efficient.

All bathrooms come stocked with essentials including shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

This lodge has everything that you need to have a memorable trip to the Poconos!

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire home, with the exception of 2 locked owners closets.

For an additional fee, guests also have the option to take advantage of the amenities offered in the Big Bass Lake community.

For use of the extensive amenities at Big Bass Lake, you must purchase amenity passes (for guests above the age of 7) and they are priced as follows:

Daily pass: weekdays $8/per day - per person.
Daily pass: weekend or holiday $10/per day - per person.
Week pass (non-holiday): $30 per week/per person.
Holiday week: $50 per week/per person

Passes can be purchased at the Club House in the summer, and at the Recreation Center or Admin Building in the off-season.

They give you access to every amenity that's seasonally available!

Other things to note
PLEASE READ before booking: We require some information that is needed by the Home Owners Association and must be submitted 3 days before your arrival. Failure to provide this information will be penalized by HOA for $100.

Moreover, there will be a $50 charge for ANY CHANGES made to the form less than 3 days before the rental commencement. Please send an inquiry for more details.

NO pets allowed.

NO parties allowed. The maximum number of people allowed at the property is 12 guests, and each guest MUST be registered prior to your arrival (even if under 12 guests).

This home is in the gated Big Bass Lake community, which strictly enforces quiet hours from 11pm-7:30am. Breaking of quiet hours or any community rules are subject to violation fees that you as the guest are responsible for paying.

Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside. If you do smoke outside, please discard all remnants.

Please supervise children when using bunk beds. Bunk beds are to be used at your own risk.

This property includes security features such as Eufy spotlight cameras and Schlage smart locks for self-check-in for your safety and peace of mind. Please note that there are 4 exterior cameras on the property to monitor our cleaning services and check ins. We will not be actively monitoring them during your stay as we respect your privacy.
