Spacious & Newly Renovated Longmeadow Getaway

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry the home did not meet your expectations. Providing a clean and comfortable stay is very important to me, and I take all guest feedback seriously. However, I respectfully disagree with several statements in your review. The home is accurately represented in the listing, and what you see in the photos is exactly what you will see in person. Before being listed on VRBO, the home was professionally deep cleaned, including the carpets by Stanley Steemer. While the carpets may have minor cosmetic stains from normal use, they are clean and well maintained. Throughout your stay, we responded promptly to every concern. On your first day, you needed assistance operating the TV, and later you asked us to adjust the temperature because the house was too cold, then later too warm, and also needed help with the central AC. We sent someone over each time to assist you. I appreciate your feedback, but I believe your review paints an unfair picture of the property. I take great pride in maintaining my home and ensuring my guests are well taken care of, and I responded to every concern you raised during your stay.
