Booking & Communication
Verified ID Required: For everyone's safety, we only accept bookings from guests with a verified profile and positive reviews.
Maximum Occupancy: Strictly 4 guests . This is a limit for safety, insurance, and comfort. No parties or extra visitors without prior approval.
Parking & Arrival
One Designated Spot: Street parking in front of the house, please observe all city signs.
Self Check-In: Detailed instructions will be provided after booking. The access code is unique to your stay.
Pets & Smoking
Strictly Non-Smoking/Vaping: This includes all areas of the property (suite, yard, driveway). A $300 deep-cleaning fee will be charged for evidence of smoking.
No Pets, Sorry: Due to allergies, we cannot accommodate pets of any kind.
Safety & Security
No Parties or Events: Our suite is in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Disturbing the neighbors with excessive noise, music, or gatherings is not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Weekends from 12:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No Unregistered Guests: Only guests listed on the Airbnb reservation may stay overnight. If your plans change, please message us before your arrival.
Calgary-Specific & Seasonal Notes
During Stampede (July): We love Stampede spirit! However, please note:
Strict Check-in/out Times: Due to high demand, we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs during Stampede. Check-in is after 3:00 PM, check-out is by 11:00 AM sharp.
No Large Groups: The 4-person maximum is strictly enforced, even if you're "just having friends over for a pre-Stampede drink."
Garbage & Recycling: Please use the labelled bins in the utility room. Calgary has a strict waste program. A simple guide is posted inside.
Water Conservation: We're in Alberta! Please be mindful of water use, especially during summer.
Suite Care
Shoes Off Policy: Please remove shoes at the entrance to keep the space clean.
Respect the Space: Please treat our home as you would your own. We've put a lot of care into it!
Damages & Lost Items: Please report any accidental damage immediately. We understand accidents happen! We will charge for significant damages, or if the suite requires excessive cleaning.
During Your Stay
We respect your privacy and are here if you need us! We live upstairs and are usually available to answer questions or give local tips. The best way to reach us is through the Airbnb app.
