Steps from here, the artwork-decorated living room offers the perfect spot to cuddle up in front of the grey stone-tiled gas fireplace and large TV. When you aren't hanging out here, soak up the fresh mountain air from the comfort of the private balcony. Don't forget to take advantage of the shared pool, hot tub, and gym as well! Sitting mere feet from the Black Gondola, this condo will be a skier's paradise with easy access to the wonderful trails of Blackcomb Peak! For a bit of fun away from the mountain, head over to the Upper Village area and grab a bite to eat at one of the local restaurants, window shop in various boutiques, or stop into a pub for an evening drink with loved ones. Don't worry about driving in the snow, as you will have access to the complimentary shuttle that will bring you to the best attractions in the area. Come summer, golf to your heart's content at one of the stunning courses nearby, or hike days away on Whistler or Blackcomb trails. Please note there will be ongoing construction this Summer around the front entrance loop of the Aspens property, projects include: waterproofing and sewer line repairs, deck work & exterior painting. Noise and smells associated with the projects are to be expected and will affect the surrounding units. Window Cleaning of the exterior windows will be taking place around mid-July for one week.
Rental prices have been revised to reflect these projects.
