With spacious interiors and cozy décor, the house offers a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with TV, and outdoor areas with a garden and a refreshing pool, perfect for enjoying the warm climate of Cuernavaca.



In addition, the location is unbeatable: just a few minutes away you will find shopping malls, restaurants, and entertainment areas, allowing you to combine the tranquility of the house with the fun and convenience of the city.

P.S. Before confirming, please:



1. Select the correct number of guests, as the price varies.

2.⁠ ⁠Submit IDs for all guests, including minors and the person who made the reservation.

3.⁠ ⁠When booking, confirm that you have read and accepted our rules and cancellation policy.



For security reasons, some reservations will be accepted in person, as we need to be sure that the person making the reservation will actually be staying.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy all areas of the house, since it is designed exclusively for their comfort and enjoyment.



Each of the rooms will be available to guests so that they feel at home. Whether to rest peacefully or to prepare for the day's activities, you can enjoy private and comfortable spaces.



Other Things to Note:

* Once the reservation has been made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. Nor can the dates be changed.

* ⁠*Please turn off the AC



* At La Cuernavaca we do not use heaters. We recommend that you keep an eye on the weather forecast and pack clothes that are best suited to the climate :).



* Cuernavaca has experienced water shortages in the area. Given the possibility of service interruptions, we will be vigilant at all times.



In addition, there is currently construction near the house and there will be noise during working hours. We ask for your understanding in this situation.



TOWELS: We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have a washer and dryer, or are located near a laundromat.



It is important to note that towels that are permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find towels marked with the word “makeup” that you can use freely to remove makeup or for products that may stain.



Security deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a hold for a security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after check-out, provided there is no damage or breach of the terms of your stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.



Interaction with Guests:

Cuernavaca is full of culture, gastronomy and art! We will give you recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most visited neighborhoods in the city.



In addition, we will be available for anything our guests need :). Our schedules available online from 9am to 10pm.
