Guest Access:

Guests will have complete access to entire house and yard. Guests DO NOT have access to the back house and small cottage (this is fenced off and vacant)

You are located in a quiet area, just minutes from downtown, quietly tucked in the hill country.



Other Things to Note:

- Pet fee: There is a pet fee of $45 per pet/per night + taxes/fees, and up to 2 pets only with no weight limit. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are not allowed on any furniture/beds. Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended. Please pick up after your pet(s). Not fully fenced.



- Suitable for all children/infants. House is not child-proofed.



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
