SECURITY DEPOSIT
Please be informed that the property requires a Security Deposit of P2,000 upon check in. Any damages in the unit/suite as stated in the House Rules and Check Lists of Items must be deducted from the security deposit. The Security Deposit will be returned to the guest upon check out if there are no damages in the unit/suite.
