Casa Asachai, opened in June 2025 in Balangan, is a stunning bohemian chic villa that can accommodate up to 14 guests, located just a 5-minute walk to the beach.

Made up of two connecting villas linked by a garden with a sliding wooden door, it features 2 pools with surrounding decks, a spacious tropical garden, open-plan living areas, fully equipped kitchens, and air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms.

Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, towels, bed linen, and secure parking are all included.

The space

Welcome to Casa Asachai – 6 Bedrooms, an exceptional property born from the fusion of two independent bohemian chic villas, tucked away on a quiet street in Balangan, Bali. Located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, this spacious and elegant villa is perfect for hosting up to 14 guests in a tropical, stylish, and laid-back setting.

The two villas are seamlessly connected by a large solid wood sliding door located in the garden. This connection creates a vast, continuous outdoor space composed of two lush tropical gardens, each with a private entrance, and two private swimming pools surrounded by large wooden decks with sun loungers.

The larger of the two pools features a generous shallow area for children. This double-pool setup is perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, or playing with the kids.

The estate includes 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own semi-open private bathroom. One of the rooms is a family suite with a mezzanine, offering a double bed on the ground floor and two single beds above ; ideal for families with children. Each bedroom features storage space, ceiling fans, safety boxes, and large sliding glass doors that let in natural light and open onto the garden. Blackout curtains ensure privacy and peaceful nights.

Both living areas, built in natural wood, showcase open-air architecture with high ceilings, creating a warm, relaxed, and social atmosphere. Each villa offers its own comfortable lounge with a corner sofa, a large dining table, a fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator, cooktop, coffee machine, blender, dishware, water dispenser with two complimentary gallons), and a bar area with stools. One of the villas also features a pool table for your leisure time.

Large ceiling fans are installed in the living spaces to keep the atmosphere cool and pleasant. The interior décor beautifully blends bohemian chic style with Balinese craftsmanship, using natural materials like wood, straw, and hand-carved details. Soft, calming tones invite guests to fully unwind.

Other things to note

Welcome to your villa getaway.

Please note that the shortcut from Balangan to the Uluwatu/Bingin area is closed between 11 PM - 5 AM.

This is clearly indicated at the barrier gate, as the road is not a main road but part of a residential area. However, you may still use the main Uluwatu street at any time.

Online transport (Grab/Gojek) is not permitted in this area to support local drivers. Our team can help arrange a driver for you anytime.

If you arrive before 2pm, don't worry - drop off your luggage at our office and soak up Balangan Beach vibes while we prepare your villa. For late arrivals after 7pm, give us a heads-up so we can ensure a warm welcome upon your arrival.

A gentle reminder: check-out time is by late morning, 11am at the latest. To keep the villa pristine for our next guests, any unplanned late departures might incur an extra night's charge. Your cooperation ensures that every guest enjoys a fresh, inviting villa experience.

Need a little extra help or special gear? We're here to help from in-villa chefs, babysitting to relaxing massages, private drivers, scooters rental and even surf lessons - we've got you covered. And for our little guests, we offer baby essentials like cots and high chairs, plus safety features like pool gates and more - all upon request and subject to availability.
