This cozy studio offers a clean and thoughtfully designed space complete with a full double bed, a pull-out semi double bed, a functional kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix, strong WiFi, and air-conditioning. The unit includes a microwave, rice cooker, induction cooker, electric kettle, refrigerator, cooking pans, utensils, bath towels, guest kit, closet, water heater, bidet, full body mirror, hair blower, and an iron steamer.

For added relaxation and fun, the unit also comes with UNO cards, “These Cards Will Get You Drunk,” Jenga Blocks, and mini karaoke, perfect for bonding nights with friends or family.

Conveniently located near Gaisano Mall, San Pedro Square, Magsaysay Park, Roxas Night Market, People’s Park, and downtown cafés and restaurants, this studio puts you close to everything you need during your stay.

Guests have full access to the entire studio unit located in Building B, 4th floor. You’ll also have:

• Free gym and pool access for 2 guests
• Additional pool/gym access for ₱100 per head for kids, ₱200 for adults
• Please note that the pool is closed every Monday for cleaning. Operating hours on open days are 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• 1 generator-powered outlet during power interruptions
• Locker access for key retrieval

Parking options:
• Free street parking outside the condo (first come, first served)
• Paid onsite parking for ₱350/night with advance notice

• Maximum of 4 guests only
• Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is before 12:00 NN
• Kindly send one valid ID per guest before arrival so we can arrange the gate pass
• Please note that smoking, pets, parties, and loud noise are not allowed, thank you for helping us keep a peaceful environment
• We kindly ask guests to help keep the white bed frame clean and stain-free
• Please handle all appliances, furniture, and items in the unit with care so everyone can enjoy the space
