A private propane BBQ grill is provided on the patio for family use. Please operate the grill responsibly and follow all posted safety instructions for your safety and the safety of others. A one-time BBQ grill use fee of $70 will be charged for the entire stay to cover rental, propane refill, and cleaning. For stays of 14 nights or more, guests must purchase their own propane if the initial tank runs out.

The thermostat has been set to a comfortable temperature for your stay.
For optimal cooling, energy efficiency, and comfort, we recommend keeping the
thermostat between 74°F and 80°F.
For optimal heating, we recommend keeping the thermostat between 60°F and
74°F.

Important Notes:
• Setting the thermostat below 74°F may cause the AC unit to work harder than
necessary and could lead to maintenance issues.
• Keeping the thermostat at 74°F can also help reduce humidity in the air.
• Please ensure all windows and doors are closed when the air conditioning or
heater is running.

A/C maintenance and pest control are monthly. Service persons may have to enter the house for A/C maintenance or pest control during your stay. If that the case we will try to inform you ahead of time. Thank you for your cooperation.

This is a self-catering property. If any initial supplies (Keurig k-cups, trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, etc.) that have been provided are used up, you will need to purchase your own for your use. Stored are just 5 minutes away.

Garbage Collection

Garbage is to be placed in the bin under the bench at the front porch. It will be collected on the days indicated on the note posted on the bench. Excessive/large items should be dropped in the dumpster located at the intersection of Corvette Ln and T-Bird Ln.

If you wish to charge your electric vehicle from the property with your own extension cord, please pay $25 per stay for up to 7 days.

We do not accommodate any kind of animals because the owners are severely allergic to all types of animal hairs.

Parents please instruct your kids to not make any drawing on the wall. It may cost a lot to repaint the wall in order to restore its original state.

It is well-known that there are many types of insects around houses in Florida, especially in natural areas. We have hired a pest control company to treat inside and outside of the property on monthly basis to exterminate the insects. However, you are still expected to see insects occasionally which were brought into the house after the treatment through the open-doors and the previous guest`s shopping bags or luggage. Please clean food crumbs and garbage from the house daily in order to not attract insects into the house.

OUR ASKS:

- Please no outdoor shoes in the house.
- Please no food or drinks in any bedrooms or upstairs.
- Please turn off all lights and lock all windows and doors whenever you leave.
- Please keep all windows and doors (including the patio door) closed when the air conditioning is on.
- Please bring the outdoor cushions from the outside to the inside to keep them dry and clean.
