Upstairs has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full baths, walk-in closets, a safe, crib, playpen, and a vintage speaker system. The neighborhood is quiet, newer, and close to parks, trails, Kaiser, Sutter, and great shopping. Two-car garage with alley access and fast WiFi included.

Welcome to our West Roseville home. We originally designed this space for our own family, and even though life moved us to a new chapter, the intention behind every room stayed. Now it’s set up for 31+ day guests who want comfort, privacy, and a place that actually works for real life.

Downstairs has a clean, modern open layout that’s easy to live in. The kitchen is stocked the way Jesse and Vivian would approve: real pots and pans, quality tools, and everything you need for full meals during a longer stay. The living room flows into a cozy backyard patio with a firepit and soft lights, perfect for winding down at night.

Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, walk-in closets, a safe, a vintage speaker system, and family essentials like a crib and playpen. We’ve hosted travel nurses, relocating families, insurance guests, and professionals on assignment. We set up this home to solve the problems midterm guests always mention: storage, comfort, privacy, and a space that feels like a real home.

Roseville is one of the most reliable and family-friendly cities in the Sacramento region. You’re close to great parks, long walking trails, and top shopping at the Fountains and the Galleria. Kaiser Roseville and Sutter Roseville are both an easy drive, which is helpful for medical workers or guests receiving care.

The neighborhood around San Geronimo Place is quiet, newer, and easy to get around. Friendly neighbors, peaceful streets, and quick access to everyday essentials make settling in simple. The two-car garage opens to a private alley, so parking feels safe and straightforward.
