Gut: Sauberkeit, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
The property itself was decent for our stay. However, for the price point, we expected better attention to guest essentials and cleanliness. Check-in was also a hassle. We had to wait for someone to arrive with the key in person. Despite confirming our arrival time in advance and giving a 20-minute heads up, we still ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes past the agreed meet-up time. Coming in on a late night flight, this was not ideal after a long day of travel.Shampoo and conditioner were not provided upfront, we had to ask, and were given a used bottle to last our group for the night before we had to go buy our own. Toilet paper was also in short supply; we were given just one extra roll for a full week's stay.The sheets had noticeable stains, and the couch was heavily stained as well — enough that we ended up putting a bedsheet over it just to feel comfortable sitting there.The dresser smelled horrible that we couldn't put our belongings in.The host was responsive and communicative throughout our stay. That said, even though we had booked an extra night specifically to accommodate a late evening flight, we were asked about our departure time so they could turn over the unit — despite our checkout not technically being until the next morning. Overall, a decent stay, but for the price charged, we expected the basics to be better stocked, the furniture to be cleaner.
