Every detail is a labor of love, designed to offer upscale comfort and a relaxing coastal retreat. These are two separate units which can comfortably sleep 14 guests.
The Space:
Both units are located on the third floor, accessible by stairs or elevator.
CORFU SUITE: This unit comfortably sleeps 6 people. All bedrooms have comfortable and freshly cleaned linens.
Bedroom One: 1 King Sized Bed, a Smart TV, and a private nook.
Bedroom Two: Queen Bed with Smart TV.
Living Room: 1 Queen Pull Out and a large Smart TV - Unit contains 1 extra pair of linens and pillows.
Kitchen: Full kitchen stocked with appliances and many amenities for your cooking pleasure. *Drip Coffee Machine
Bathroom: 1 full bathroom - Stocked with needed amenities for a comfortable stay.
Laundry: Washer/Dryer located inside bathroom.
CRETE SUITE: This unit comfortably sleeps 8 people. All bedrooms have comfortable and freshly cleaned linens.
Bedroom One: 1 King Sized Bed, a Smart TV, and a private nook.

ACCESS & ENTRY: - Guests will have access to the entire unit. - Please be respectful to our neighbors in the building. KEYLESS ENTRY: - There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the front door & unit code the morning of check-in.

Guest requirements:
The person booking MUST be 21 years or older and must be present for the entire stay.
You will be required to sign a check-in form and rental agreement before arrival.
Provided supplies:
Basic supplies are provided in moderation. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional items if needed during their stay.
We provide per stay:
Bed linens
Bath towels and hand towels/washcloths
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
Hand soap and dish soap
Laundry detergent pods (if applicable)
Toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom, plus 1 extra)
1 roll of paper towels
A limited number of trash bags
Kitchen essentials included:
Microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and filters
Pots, pans, mixing bowls, salt and pepper
Plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, and utensils
Smoking policy:
This is a non-smoking property, including the front of the building.
$100 fee for any cigarette butts left outside.
$200 fee for any signs of smoking inside the home.
Pet policy:
Sorry, no pets allowed.
$300 fee for any unauthorized pets on the property.
Cleaning policy
Please respect the home.
Excessive cleaning (stains, odors, pet mess, trash, etc.) may result in up to a $700 cleaning fee.
Check-in:
Check-in time is 4:00 PM.
Early check-in may be requested 48 hours in advance.
No early check-in between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Please report any issues immediately upon arrival to avoid being held responsible.
Check-out:
Check-out time is 10:00 AM sharp.
Late check-out is available for a $125 fee (must be pre-approved).
Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of at least one extra night.
If housekeeping is delayed due to a late departure, a $125 fee will apply.
Lost and found:
Forgot something? We’re happy to mail it back.
A $25 shipping and handling fee will apply.
