The apartment is located in the Morros City building, one of the city's most luxurious and prestigious buildings. It features a large swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, children's pool, and spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and the city. The apartment is distributed as follows: Master bedroom: King bed, Smart TV, closet, private bathroom; Secondary bedroom: Two single beds, closet; Living room: Two sofas; Dining area. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. Free parking is available inside the building should you require it. The building is located just 5-8 minutes from the historic center.

Only pre-registered guests will be allowed entry to the building. Visitors are not permitted. A maximum of 5 people can be registered in the apartment. Guests will have access to the amenities mentioned, such as the swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, and children's pool.

The Bocagrande area contains most of the city's tourist buildings, including hotels, shops, restaurants, nightclubs, and art galleries. It lies between Cartagena Bay to the east and the Caribbean Sea to the west, encompassing two neighborhoods: El Laguito and Castillogrande. Bocagrande boasts long beaches and bustling commercial activity along Avenida San Martín.

Transportation is readily available in this part of Cartagena. Bocagrande is one of Cartagena's most exclusive neighborhoods. It boasts a wide array of excellent restaurants, hotels, and shops, and is just a 5-8 minute taxi ride from the walled city center and a 10-15 minute taxi ride to the airport. A taxi ride from the airport to the building typically costs 20,000 pesos.
