The Space:

Welcome to Rush to the Sea, your sunny and spacious coastal getaway, designed for comfort, connection, and unforgettable group vacations. This home has been renovated from top to bottom and is waiting for you to check it out! Step into the bright great room featuring vaulted ceilings, a large comfortable couch and TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your summer reading. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking easy, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a full family dinner, and the dining area comfortably seats eight for shared meals and game nights. An upstairs loft offers additional space to unwind, read, or escape with a little quiet time.



Sleeping arrangements are spread out for privacy and convenience. Two king primary bedrooms each include a private full bath, creating peaceful retreats for couples. Two queen bedrooms share a full bathroom, while two bunk rooms each with a full bed, twin bed, and twin trundle are perfect for kids or extra guests. Downstairs, there's a full kitchenette with a bonus full sized fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. It's a great spot to send family members who want extra space for some board games or movies if the great room is occupied!

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.
