Bedrooms 1 and 2 each enjoy a private outside sitting area and direct access to the shared pool terrace, while Bedroom 1 also has its own interior lounge overlooking the villa’s outdoor jacuzzi. Bedroom 3 has a quiet interior patio for added privacy and a desk for those who can’t leave work full on pause.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

For a luxury experience, this villa is best suited for up to 8 adults sleeping in 4 bedrooms; however, it can sleep up to 10 guests when accompanied by children. Guests with children may wish to note that the bedrooms are accessed via an internal courtyard.  Please note that Club Punta Mita membership grants access to areas that are otherwise restricted; fees, rental charges and costs for services and consumption may apply. Peak Festive dates are strictly non-refundable. Strictly quiet hours in the community after 10pm (no loud music allowed). Penalties for noncompliance may apply.As is typical of a home in a lush area of the tropics, wildlife and insects should be expected. This villa is regularly fumigated; however, insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season.   Gratuity is not included.
