Estero Cove 155, is an air conditioned, two-bedroom, two-bath vacation condo that's been comfortably furnished for two lucky couples or family of four. (maximum 4 guests). The open floor plan includes a full sized, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living area that opens up to a screened in lanai. Both the Master Bedroom and the Guest Bedroom have a King sized Bed and their own TV. Each Bedroom has its own Full Bath.

There's free cable TV service, and an in-unit washer/dryer for your convenience! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

At Estero Cove, there is ample on-site parking and a building elevator. Estero Cove offers guests some lovely amenities: a picnic area to dine alfresco, tennis/pickleball court; shuffleboard, a private heated pool, and large sundeck with lounge chairs. Grab your towel and soak up some wonderful Florida sunshine. Best of all, you are right across the street from one of the country's top rated beaches! It's also a short walk to Santini Marina Plaza where you can enjoy restaurants, bars, shopping and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays!

The amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. This vacation home's ideal location offers easy southbound access to the mainland. The quiet, south end of the island is the perfect place to enjoy the true island lifestyle.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay, and is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian.
