This villa accommodates up to 8 guests and features a private master bedroom with a king bed on the upper level and a second bedroom with two twin beds on the lower level (some layouts may offer two doubles). A queen sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space. Two full bathrooms offer added convenience, including a whirlpool tub and separate shower in the primary bath.

The two-story townhouse layout provides extra privacy and separation between bedrooms and living areas. A fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area, and in-unit washer and dryer make extended stays easy and comfortable. A private patio or balcony offers a relaxing spot to enjoy the warm Florida air.

Guests staying in the Courts section have access to the full range of Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas amenities, including seven outdoor pools, whirlpools, sports courts, fitness centers, game rooms, playgrounds, on-site dining, and daily resort activities. The Courts section features a quiet, residential-style setting while still being conveniently located within the resort.
